Yoke Solutions (YSL) builds platforms for government agencies and companies; QShop is its sister company. As Lead Project Manager I run delivery from proposal and scoping through build, testing, training, and support.
02 · How I run it
Across three concurrent enterprise projects I standardised the delivery cadence and tightened scope control, which cut average timelines by 10%. The consultancy work I manage brings in $50K+ a year.
03 · Clients and products
Recent client work includes the Nigerian Communications Commission, Lagos State Employment Trust Fund, Ekiti State Government, Imperium Utilities, Kalife Travels, Acutech, ATIA, and Mikano Motors. YSL also builds its own products, such as QTrack.
