01 · The question
Why did it take so long for field work to get approved and paid? Before building anything, I ran an operations diagnostic at Acutech, a telecom site contractor with about 25 field engineers across three service lines. I mapped an 18-stage project pipeline and found approvals taking over a week against an intended one to two days, with 17 of 25 engineers needing active supervision.
02 · Product
TractaIQ turns that pipeline into a workflow: engineers capture site evidence on their phones, even offline, reviewers approve it in one queue, and client-ready acceptance reports come out without chasing paperwork.
03 · My role
I own the product: the diagnostic, the workflow design, and the build priorities.
