A WhatsApp and offline-first PWA for field workers in low-connectivity environments.
01 · Problem
Far from reliable networks, field workers and their supervisors could not stay in sync. Tools that assumed a connection simply failed where the work happened.
02 · What I did
I owned a hybrid platform: WhatsApp where there is signal, an offline-first PWA where there is not, one backend behind both. The supervisor backoffice gives visibility and control over distributed teams.
03 · Outcome
A platform built to work when the connection does not, keeping distributed field teams productive and managed.
04 · Features & outcomes
Offline-First PWA. A React PWA with offline-first capabilities so field workers stay productive in low-connectivity environments.
WhatsApp Hybrid. A WhatsApp channel for the workers who live in it, unified with the PWA behind a single backend.
CQRS Backend. A NestJS backend using the Repository pattern + CQRS for clean reads/writes and scale.
Supervisor Backoffice. An admin dashboard giving supervisors visibility and control over distributed field teams.
