An MVP in about six weeks: business and investor registration, an admin approval flow, search and expressions of interest, direct messaging that unlocks after interest, document sharing, and email notifications.

Delivered between 22 October and 3 December 2025 and formally accepted at handover. Payments and advanced search are scoped as the next phase.
