Event planners manage guest lists and check-ins across spreadsheets and chats. Would a WhatsApp-based flow fit how they actually work, or just add another tool?
02 · What I did
I interviewed planners and ran quick WhatsApp experiments to validate the key workflows before committing to a bigger build.
03 · Now
The product is in keep-the-lights-on mode: I keep it running while focus sits elsewhere, with more attention planned later.
04 · Lesson
Message delivery on WhatsApp is less reliable than it looks. Meta's rules and mobile carriers both affect whether a message arrives, and a product built on them absorbs that risk. It now shapes how the next phase will be planned.
05 · Features & outcomes
Validation. Plus WhatsApp workflow experiments.
Status. Running, with more investment later.
