QShop · Selling online & on WhatsApp
Letting merchants sell on their own store and on WhatsApp, and charging for it fairly.
01 · Context
QShop merchants sell in two places: their own online store, and WhatsApp, where many of their customers already are. Checkout by QShop lets customers buy without leaving WhatsApp, and the dashboard shows store and WhatsApp visitors side by side.
02 · The question
How do we make selling on WhatsApp as easy as selling on the store, without losing track of either, and how do we charge for it in a way merchants find fair?
03 · WhatsApp store
I shaped the WhatsApp store page: an on and off switch, a shareable store link, and a four-step guide to how it works.
04 · Usage billing
A billing card shows each merchant's plan quota, monthly orders, overage cost, and wallet balance, with a warning when the wallet runs low and a direct link to top up.
05 · Renewals
I designed the subscription renewal logic: wallet checks and reminders from seven days before renewal, auto-debit on the day, daily retries through a seven-day grace period, then a move to the free plan instead of suspending the store.
06 · Features & outcomes
Two channels. Both sales channels tracked in one dashboard.
WhatsApp store. Merchants turn WhatsApp selling on and share one link.
Billing card. Usage and wallet balance in one place.
Renewals. Retries and reminders before a merchant is downgraded.
