InventoryReportingPayments

Helping merchants see what they earn, not just what they sell.

01

01 · The question

Merchants could see what they sold. Could they see what they actually earned? Not really: there was no clean way to record new stock at a different cost, and the profit report was still a Coming Soon placeholder.

02

02 · What shipped

Restock lets merchants record incoming stock in bulk or per product, with cost price recalculated by weighted average. The profit report shows profit, margin, revenue, and cost with period comparisons, a profit-over-time chart, and a per-product breakdown. A dashboard period filter drives orders, revenue, and store and WhatsApp visitor counts from one date range.

03

03 · Wallet

The wallet was redesigned, and it now funds subscription renewals, so a top-up during a grace period can retry a failed renewal straight away.

04

04 · My role

I scoped and specified each feature, set priorities with engineering, and checked releases against the plan.
