01 · Problem
A growing programme ran on a fragile Excel control workbook. The team flew blind, and at-risk students were caught too late.
02 · What I did
I shipped a Supabase-backed app in its place: it surfaces at-risk students early, pushes role-scoped tasks across three roles, and keeps an audit trail of every change. Participants self-submit work and sign in via public links, so there is no account friction.
03 · Outcome
Three roles, one source of truth, current and accountable. The team intervenes before it is too late, working from live data instead of a stale spreadsheet.

Role-Scoped Tasks. Three roles with scoped permissions; role tasks, reviews, and daily 08:00 reminders via Vercel Cron.

Audit Trail. Supabase RLS + audit logs keep the whole team working from current, accountable data.
