Morph Ops Control Room
Running a teen product programme, and building the app that runs it.
01 · Context
Morph by TNX Solve is a six-week build sprint for teenagers: product thinking, design, an AI and no-code MVP, and a live pitch at Demo Day. As Programme Lead I run the programme: sessions, community managers, participant communications, escalations, Demo Day, and safeguarding as the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
02 · Problem
The programme ran on a fragile Excel control sheet. The team flew blind, and at-risk students were caught too late.
03 · What I built
A mobile-first app that replaced the sheet. It flags at-risk participants early, gives admins, facilitators, and community managers their own tasks and reviews, sends daily reminders, and keeps a record of every change. Participants submit work and sign in to sessions through public links, with no accounts needed. It now covers eight areas, from recruitment and sessions to partnerships and alumni.
04 · Outcome
One current source of truth for three roles, so the team steps in before it is too late. The next goal is a programme that runs without depending on me.
