Foundation of Faith (FOF) is my church's programme for people joining the church. I am leading the move from paper and spreadsheets to one system.
02 · The question
How do you make sure nobody who starts the programme quietly drops out, and that everyone who finishes finds a place to serve?
03 · Rules first
Before building, I agreed the programme rules with church leadership: what counts as completing, when someone needs attention, what each support person records every week, and how new members join a church department.
04 · What it does
Participants see their week, duties, and updates. Support people track attendance, group meetings, and follow-ups for their group. Leaders see who needs attention, who has completed, and who has joined a department.
