01 · Context

I worked with Adlai Heroes Foundation on programme coordination and evaluation before joining its board in January 2026.

02 · Problem

The foundation's impact was real, but its operations lived in scattered records that nobody could query or trust.

03 · What I built

A web app with structured records, sign-in and permissions so the right people see the right records, and a history of who changed what, plus a user guide for the team.

04 · Outcome

The field team now tracks 100+ beneficiaries across 5+ programmes in one place, with no spreadsheets, and it can grow with new programmes.
