Imperium Utilities
A multi-tenant ERP platform for enterprise operations.
01 · Problem
An advisory enterprise needed one system to run its companies, users, and operations, without each new customer turning into a bespoke, unmaintainable build.
02 · What I did
I led delivery of a multi-tenant ERP: a core backend, a super-admin backoffice, and a customer-facing UI, governed by roles and migrations. I held backend ownership boundaries, gated migrations, and protected shared infrastructure so the team could move without breaking each other.
03 · Outcome
Enterprise-grade capability shipped without becoming an enterprise-grade mess: isolated tenants, role-aware UIs, and a coordinated cross-team delivery that scaled.
04 · Features & outcomes
Multi-Tenant Core. A core backend handling migrations, endpoints, controllers and repositories, isolating each customer's data and configuration.
Super-Admin Backoffice. A super-admin interface to manage all companies and users as configured by customers.
Customer UI. A dedicated frontend for Vista's customers, role-aware and built on the shared core.
Governed Delivery. Coordinated cross-team delivery with backend ownership boundaries respected, migrations gated, and shared infrastructure protected.
