01 · Problem
An independent power producer ran generation, distribution, and maintenance on manual processes, with data captured in pieces that did not add up.
02 · Product
Imperium brings six operational areas into one system: generation, distribution, maintenance, customers, suppliers, and personnel.
03 · Progress
By mid-2026, eight features were live, including asset management, an anonymous health and safety reporting channel, distribution dashboards, and bulk asset import. Eight more, including generation dashboards and maintenance analytics, were in user testing, putting 80% of the high-priority roadmap delivered or in testing.
04 · My role
I own the 30-item roadmap, run scoping and user testing with the client, and coordinate the engineering team.
