Giving Ekiti State a live picture of its labour market, then putting it to work.
01 · The question
Who is looking for work in Ekiti, which skills do employers need, and where should training go? Nobody had a reliable answer.
02 · Platform
The Labour Market Information System connects job seekers, employers, training centres, counsellors, and government through five portals, from a CV builder and job board to vacancy posting, applicant tracking, and an admin console with identity verification.
03 · Delivery
Built between January and August 2025 and formally accepted, with all seven contractual deliverables signed off, including user manuals for every type of user.
04 · Rollout
As Transformation Lead I wrote the mobilisation blueprint for putting the system to work: an eight-week phase targeting 30+ employer engagements, 100+ verified candidates, 50+ matches, and 5+ placements. At handover, 1,423 job seekers had registered and 13 organisations were onboarded.
