What is the fastest way to find out if an idea is right? Often it is to build a rough version and put it in front of real people.

02 · How I do it

I do a lot of upfront research before I build anything, so I know exactly which question the prototype has to answer. Then I use AI coding agents to turn the idea into something people can click in days, not weeks. I have set them up to keep context between sessions, hand work over cleanly to engineers, and check quality and security as they go.

03 · Where it shows

It is how I prototyped QShop's multi-branch inventory and checkout ideas, built the Morph Ops app, and shaped the Lagos Innovates programme sites and this portfolio, working with engineers on the parts that need them.

04 · What it means for teams

Fewer debates about what we think users want, and more evidence from what they actually do, before engineering time is committed.
