I built a workshop of 13 custom skills and hooks across attention, continuity, project lifecycle, and quality: voice and alerts for long runs, save and handoff for continuity, scaffolding and docs generation, and audits plus a lessons-learned pipeline.
03 · Outcome
The products are the furniture; this is the workshop that makes them. It keeps solo, AI-assisted delivery fast and honest.
04 · Features & outcomes
Attention & Focus. Hooks that read responses aloud, beep when blocked, and keep the screen awake, so long agent runs don't chain you to the terminal.
Context & Continuity. ContextSaver, ContextCatchup and a handoff generator carry work across sessions, agents, and people.
Project Lifecycle. New-project setup (targets 95+/100 react-doctor) and a docs generator for PRD, README, guides, and posts.
Quality & Review. Project audits, second-order impact analysis, and a lessons-learned pipeline keep delivery honest.
