A cross-border money-transfer app for a US client, delivered through Orpheez. The client and product are under NDA, so this page covers how the work is run, not what it contains.
02 · My role
I lead day-to-day execution: timeline, resourcing, risks, and a weekly steering committee with the client, a design lead, and an engineering lead.
03 · Phases
The project charter set an eight-month window in three phases: design approval, a working core product, then approved native apps and a stable production release. Phase 0 design was signed off in January 2026 and the core build is under way.
04 · Artefacts
A product specification, working prototypes of the core flows, and a handoff knowledge base for the team.
